Today’s class us a full bodea burner. If you know me you know I love a plank. So in todays class with hit a ton of plank variations, get into our legs and as always we open up with fiery core and close with our 100 jumping jacks.

Today’s class is all about cultivating strong abs, a fat ass and a problematic attitude! Today we turned up the heat and hit the ground running with my friend and teacher, Nick Brewer’s “favourite five” ab strength exercises.. (x 5 each!) with some posterior chain/ back work to balance us out.

Truly this is a full body flow - not one part of you will feel left untouched - but we focus heavily on back & abs. This BODEA class is another grounded slow burn that gradually builds in intensity, specifically in the back and shoulder muscles, and also in your core. We focus on strengthening the shoulders and the muscles underneath the shoulder blades, complemented with a ton of ab and core work!
