Want to walk a little taller? There is a glow you get only from consistency— but physically, I can help you out! Today’s class is all about front & back BODEA aka back & abs. Truly this is a full body flow - not one part of you will feel left untouched - but we focus heavily on back & abs. This BODEA class is another grounded slow burn that gradually builds in intensity, specifically in the back and shoulder muscles, and also in your core. We focus on strengthening the shoulders and the muscles underneath the shoulder blades, complemented with a ton of ab and core work!
