    Short, sweet, and when done well, very effective! Do not be fooled by the name, this class is anything but basic! In just fifteen short minutes you will strengthen your entire Bodea. This class targets your abs, legs, booty and will test your core and stability. This is a great class to repeat until you feel these movements are second nature. It doesn't all have to be accomplished at once! Quality over quantity and consistency will be your best friends on the way to becoming your strongest self.

    The first BODEA class of the year was intentionally slow and very mindful. Before we really hit the ground running, I wanted to dial back to the foundations and refine our understanding of how to make less, more.

    This class includes:
    Subtle but deep core work (public bone to belly button)
    Understanding public bone to belly button
    How to use your breath to anchor your upper ribs in
    Alignment and how to activate in planks
    Quiet but strong core stability work
    How to translate core work into squats
    Squat form
