

Ok so. Self explanatory. That booty is going to burn.. and you're going to love it. As always, expect opening abs - because it's good for you. This Bodea class is a dedicated bum burner but hits the whole BODEA and closes with some stretches that release your hamstrings, hips and low back.

Today’s class is all about cultivating strong abs, a fat ass and a problematic attitude! Today we turned up the heat and hit the ground running with my friend and teacher, Nick Brewer’s “favourite five” ab strength exercises.. (x 5 each!) with some posterior chain/ back work to balance us out.
Expect it all with this class:

- And a nice juicy stretch at the end.

Well I made up the name, but not the move! Today's BODEA was a nice grounded slow burn that targets core, legs and glutes. We love a slow burn as it allows us to be intentional with our movement and focus on form and function. Time flies through this class and will leave you feel strong, stretched and ready for the day.
