Short, sweet, and when done well, very effective! Do not be fooled by the name, this class is anything but basic! In just fifteen short minutes you will strengthen your entire Bodea. This class targets your abs, legs, booty and will test your core and stability. This is a great class to repeat until you feel these movements are second nature. It doesn't all have to be accomplished at once! Quality over quantity and consistency will be your best friends on the way to becoming your strongest self.
