It is my greatest joy watching all of you commit and show up for yourselves day after day and year after year.

I have had the privilege of watching so many of you transform and change your lives  over the years- physically, emotionally, spiritually.

At the end of the day you unlock your potential and your superpowers- I just create the container for you to show up for yourself. Your future self is calling!

This challenge is crafted to:

  2. Intensify your physical practice for tangible results

  3. Strengthen your mind-body connection

  4. Provide a supportive community to keep you motivated

In 2024 we were live from the beautiful Domaine Kombawa in St Martin, French West Indies. This island is really where it all began for me many years ago and it’s been such a nice feeling to be back.

Day 1 we kept it simple. This practice is a gentle vinyasa flow as we are easing into this challenge and our bodies gradually.

This class includes:
- light core
- slow moving vinyasas
- lots of hamstring stretches
- basic standing postures
- and gentle heart openers

VIBE: Grounded

What is a vinyasa? At the root of the word, VINYASA , means to link each movement with breath. It can also refer to a sequence or string of postures that move us from one posture into another.

This class focuses on:
- Breath: how to breathe throughout your vinyasa practice
- how to use that breath as your teacher
- Alignment and engagement in foundational postures
- Lots of variations to take it up or down!

DIFFICULTY: Brave beginner/ Intermediate
VIBE: Happy + Chill

Welcome to 45 mins of fire! This class contains some of my favourite drills for prepping and strengthening the body for handstands. Though this is a full bodea flow, you will definitely be feeling those shoulders after this one!

This class includes:
- Wrist strengthening
- Shoulder strengthening
- Core Strengthening

DIFFICULTY: intermediate
VIBE: Fire

Welcome to your BINDS and ARM BALANCES workshop. Today we're opening up with a short 25 min flow before moving into our arm balances and binds. The flow contains postures that both prepare you and allow you to practice these concepts in an accessible way.

This workshop dives into:

- Bound standing split
- Koundinyasana/ Flying bird
- Baby grasshopper
- Pincha Mayurasana
- Side crow
- Flying pigeon
