Call me DEA- pronounced like DEE ✨

Im 33 years old and I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 17 and teaching asana since I was 20.

DEDICA means to dedicate, but it also happens to be a little bit of my first name and a little bit of my last name.

This practice has always taught me and guided me towards my most authentic self. I share it because it’s a practice that has changed my life. I found this practice when I was experiencing debilitating panic attacks and anxiety- it helped me re wire my mind and set me on this path in life.

My greatest stoke in life is helping you unlock your potential and all your superpowers both on and off your mat. I help you build confidence through consistency and positive self talk.

During the pandemic I started teaching online and built DEDICA.LIVE my online platform that hosts my entire universe.
