Slow & Steady Vinyasa | Core, Hamstring Stretches, Heart Openers, Standing Postures

This year we are live from the beautiful Domaine Kombawa in St Martin, French West Indies. This island is really where it all began for me many years ago and it’s been such a nice feeling to be back.

Today we kept it simple. This practice is a gentle vinyasa flow as we are easing into this challenge and our bodies gradually.

This Class Includes:

  • light core

  • slow moving vinyasas

  • lots of hamstring stretches

  • basic standing postures

  • and gentle heart openers
