The 2024 challenge revisited
January is everyone’s favourite time of year to shed the past and set themselves on a new path for the future and year ahead.
Traditionally, it’s a time of year for us to come together, revisit our goals and aspirations and reestablish our good habits and healthy boundaries.
Asides from our physical practice, challenge members receive access to ALL class recordings within 24hrs of live class (and retain access until end of February)
Each week brings a new focus or element to your practice:
VINYASA practices open the body and ground the mind.
BODEA classes push us to our limits and strengthen us mentally and physically.
INTERACTIVE WEEKEND WORKSHOPS give you the opportunity to go deeper, ask questions and refine your understanding and skills.

In 2024 we were live from the beautiful Domaine Kombawa in St Martin, French West Indies. This island is really where it all began for me many years ago and it’s been such a nice feeling to be back.
Day 1 we kept it simple. This practice is a gentle vinyasa flow as we are easing into this challenge and our bodies gradually.
This class includes:
- light core
- slow moving vinyasas
- lots of hamstring stretches
- basic standing postures
- and gentle heart openers

What is a vinyasa? At the root of the word, VINYASA , means to link each movement with breath. It can also refer to a sequence or string of postures that move us from one posture into another.
This class focuses on:
- Breath: how to breathe throughout your vinyasa practice
- how to use that breath as your teacher
- Alignment and engagement in foundational postures
- Lots of variations to take it up or down!

Welcome to 45 mins of fire! This class contains some of my favourite drills for prepping and strengthening the body for handstands. Though this is a full bodea flow, you will definitely be feeling those shoulders after this one!
This class includes:
- Wrist strengthening
- Shoulder strengthening
- Core Strengthening

Welcome to your BINDS and ARM BALANCES workshop. Today we're opening up with a short 25 min flow before moving into our arm balances and binds. The flow contains postures that both prepare you and allow you to practice these concepts in an accessible way.
