Free Flow - Slow, Stretchy, Strong Vinyasa (75 Minutes)

This class moves slow and steady, this is what I like to call "slow burn". I once heard someone say "speed is the enemy of detail", when we when slow down we have the opportunity to dial into the details and refine our movement.

My classes always offer an opportunity for either stretch or strength in the same moment- you get to choose how you meet yourself today!

I would say this class is best suited for the aspiring intermediate person. not super fresh to the practice but curious about where you can take it!!
