What is a vinyasa? At the root of the word, VINYASA , means to link each movement with breath. It can also refer to a sequence or string of postures that move us from one posture into another.

Breath: how to breathe throughout your vinyasa practice
how to use that breath as your teacher.
Alignment and engagement in foundational postures.
Lots of variations to take it up or down!
