What is a vinyasa?

At the root of the word, VINYASA , means to link each movement with breath. It can also refer to a sequence or string of postures that move us from one posture into another.

This class focuses on:

  • Breath: how to breathe throughout your vinyasa practice & how to use that breath as your teacher.

  • Alignment and engagement in foundational postures

  • Lots of variations to take it up or down!
