Abs & Attitude (and just enough Ass) | REVENGE BODEA Class Preview

Today’s class is all about cultivating strong abs, a fat ass and a problematic attitude! Today we turned up the heat and hit the ground running with my friend and teacher, Nick Brewer’s “favourite five” ab strength exercises.. (x 5 each!) with some posterior chain/ back work to balance us out. ' You may hate me in the moment, but I promise you will love me later!

Expect it all with this class:

  • A little cardio

  • A lot of core

  • And a nice juicy stretch at the end.
